1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 92bet platform — whether the website at 92bet.bar, the 92bet App, or any associated service — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 92bet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions, no hidden exchange rate fees, and no requirement to hold a foreign bank account. This is a platform built for Pakistan, and your money stays in PKR throughout.

Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and compatible mobile wallets. The specific methods available to you may vary depending on your account status and transaction history.

• Deposits are generally processed promptly, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider. 92bet does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable timeframe. Standard requests do not require excessive verification beyond initial account checks.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold if there is a pending bonus wagering requirement, unresolved verification, or if suspicious activity has been flagged on the account.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 92bet are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, or bingo. These rules are detailed within each product section of the platform and should be read before placing any bet.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or altered unless the event itself is cancelled, postponed, or declared void under the applicable rules.
• In the event of a technical error on the platform that results in an incorrect price or market being offered, 92bet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• For cricket and PSL markets specifically, settlement will follow standard cricket scoring rules. Bets on player performance markets are settled based on official match scorecards.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to connection quality and market availability. 92bet cannot guarantee continuous market availability during live events and is not liable for bets that could not be placed due to connectivity or system issues on the user's side.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per account. These limits are visible within the relevant betting section.
• Any bet placed using funds that were obtained fraudulently or in breach of these terms will be declared void, and the account will be subject to immediate suspension.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

92bet may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, or other incentives to new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms which will be published alongside the promotion at the time of offer.

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds may be separated in your account wallet. In such cases, real-money funds are used first unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Bonuses are personal and cannot be transferred between accounts. Only one account per household or device may claim a first-deposit or welcome bonus.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 92bet platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any account balance, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities.

• Creating multiple accounts — registering more than one account under different names, email addresses, or payment methods to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Underage use — any individual under 18 using the platform, or any adult knowingly facilitating underage access.
• Fraud and chargebacks — disputing legitimate transactions, using stolen payment credentials, or attempting fraudulent deposits or withdrawals.
• Match fixing and insider information — placing bets based on non-public information or participating in any scheme to influence the outcome of an event for financial gain.
• Automated betting — using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets, manipulate odds, or scrape platform data.
• Collusion — coordinating with other users in casino games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering — using 92bet accounts to move, disguise, or legitimise funds obtained through illegal means.
• Impersonation — registering or operating an account using another person's identity, details, or payment information.

92bet actively monitors accounts for suspicious patterns. If prohibited activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. 92bet's decision on such matters is final.

8 Responsible Gaming
